This place is a major rip off. I decided not to go ahead with my procedure and after paying for the entire procedure up front, big mistake, they only want to give me back 25% of the amount paid in full. The other 75% they want to give me a credit towards their facility. This is not fair and is unjust. To tell you the truth, I wouldn't send my dog here after reading all of the reports and horror stories! I hope they come to their senses and do what is right. I don't know how these people can sleep at night!!!
