Beware of the allscripts scam

ALLSCRIPTS LLC found @ 8529 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 continues to be delivering my organization bogas expenses since 10/12. I'm the dog owner and President of Better Days House Health organization and that I haven't joined or approved any agreement using the aforementioned organization. A momentary former worker signed a with this specific organization who stated they'd help obtaining / produce recommendations for the organization (that they haven't to-date).

Upon receiving the initial bill 1/05, I advised ALLSCRIPTS LLC the agreement was unacceptable and certainly will not be recognized since the worker who closed the agreement wasn't approved to do this plus they hadn't made any support to Brighterdays Home Health Organization. I required both verbally as well as in composing this agreement be null and emptiness. I had been guaranteed it'd be by a realtor via phone. I continue to get regular invoices….

I call but just get voice-mail. I don't need my organization to truly have a poor credit score as a result of this. May I prosecute Allscripts LLC? Thanks for almost any help.
