On 2/27 i ordered propolene. The women who took my order was talking about future shipments, I told her she was only allowed to make the one debit from my check card, and if I chose to continue the product i would order as i wanted them.
Instead they started sending product monthly. Not only did they send it monthly without authorization, they also debited my check card 2 times each month.
I have been able to stop them from sending product, but they refuse to credit my check card for the duplicate withdrawals. Of course when I call they state only the Customer reponse team can correct and they will not take calls.
Total owed to me in duplicate withdrawals is 59.90.
