Zynix Medica Ripped off on Tens Unit, was told I purchaed, Zynex claims rented. At $249 a month, you must be kidding

While in Therapy, I mentioned I wanted to purchaser a Tens Unit, The therapist suggested the one that they have to sell, which is Zynex Medical Tens Unit. I said Ok. Now 6 months later, Zynex sent another bill to my Attorney. My Attorney had just recently settled my case and made a settlement to Zynex on a certain amount. Zynex is now claiming that the unit that I have is a rental. I have their bill and it states nothing about a rental. They are charging $249 a month for renting a Tens Unit.

I could have and would have gotton one elsewhere for under $200.00.in fact my old one was purchased through my Chiropractor for $50.00. But it was wearing out. My attorney settled with Zynex for over $700.00 which still a lot for a small (4x5 inch) tens unit. Zynex replied that the units price was $1900.00. Who are they trying to fool. TheTherapy department that SOLD me the unit agrees with me, that the unit was purchased not rented.

Now Zynex is saying that they are sending a return box out to me and if I get it right out to them, they won't charge me for July or August. How Nice.!!! I still say that the unit was purchased. Who would rent a tens unit at $249 a month??? Not me, If I KNEW THIS Later I read on line about Zynex and none of the remarks where good. They are ripping unknowning therapy people off. This is the last thing a person that is in a lot of pain needs. All I can say is PLEASE DON"T RENT OR PURCHASE anything from Zynex.
