Ripoff -my long distance service has been suspended because of them. Sioux City

I worked with NHCD about two years ago for only a month and have done nothing since.

Last night when I tried to call long distance on my home phone I got a recording that states "your number is not allowed on our network".

After much research I learned that my number is somehow tied to NHCD as one of theirs and they have not paid their bill or something with Excel Communications and Excel has put a block on all of "NHCD's" numbers. They also informed me that I need to contact NHCD themselves and get them to call Excel to discuss their bill.

Now, I do not know who to contact as I have not been associated with them for over two years.

Has anyone else had this same problem, and if so can you help?
