Progene order rip-off

Oredred the product on a Sunday while driving. Got home and researched the product and decided to cancel the order. All within 1 hour! They refused to refund the $9.95 for the sample order!!! I took the issue to paypal and my credit card. Waiting for final outcome.

This is their email response:

"I do apologize sir the shipping cost of your free trial is non refundable.

The membership has been canceled so you are not billed for any future orders. Your cancellation number is 1207001. Thank you"
