Wagner Healthcare billed me for $140 on a product I did not want. Talked to a Ronita and was told I could get half my money back. Was told that the product was already shipped, I told her I was sending back unopened. Was told that it didn't make a difference. Going to contact attorney generals office and let them know what's going on.
