This company continues to advertise deceptively and use scam like practices to entice, in particular young/vulnerable individuals into signing a term contract. They are deceptive in their approach as this happened to my son back in 2007 when he was 19 at the time. He was VERY CLEAR that all he wanted was one months worth of tanning and no more. They said they understood but they insisted he give them his credit card info.

He said they knew full and well what they were doing being purposely and willfully deceitful. We subsequently discovered that they were drafting from this checking account and stopped payments immediately. They proceeded to turnover to their collection agent Affiliated Acceptance Cooperation, who then began to harass him with letters and calls trying to ruin his credit. He very reluctantly was forced to settle with them. They have still not lived up to the written and agreed to settlement agreement and have not removed this item from his credit report.

This company advertises locally in OKC, OK on a very popular sports talk radio station that I have listed to for many years and I am going to refuse to listen to this station should they continue to allow this company to advertise. They even have the audacity to make a statement in their recent ads that they do not make customers sing long term agreements!

Something MUST is done to stop this company. I know the State of Colorado has taken some legal actions but it needs to happen nationally. Young people and Im sure older too are being taken advantage off. This is just like any other scam operation where people and companies rip-off people unknowingly of their hard-earned money.
