False advertising

I have requested 14-day test of the item but chose to stop after just one week because getting it and based on trial problems I was totally permitted to achieve this. I have delivered test product and likely to finish our contract at that time but later my card got billed for top dollar for the product rather than transport charges. Exactly what a fraud.
