I paid $395 per month for health insurance and the paid none of my lab work for over $2000.00

I paid for it.

When I checked with the company I was given the run around.

The excuses were these services were not covered but my letter with the cards attached clearly said lab work 80% discounted.

Another excuse was the providers were not in network so they were not covered.

I checked and they were all in network.
