Avlimil Fraudulent Billing!

I signed up for the free 30 day sample of Avlimil. I rec'd the product, and was notified in the small print of the literature that I would be billed $79.99 for a sixty day cycle. As soon as I rec'd the first billing, I logged onto the website www.askberkely.com to cancel my automatic shipping. This was done in June and a message appeared saying that my account was successfully cancelled.

I now have ANOTHER $79.99 charge removed from my checking account in AUGUST. I filled out, again, the cancellation request, and have made SEVERAL phone calls to the number provided on the Berkely Nutriceuticals website. I have never been able to reach a customer service representative. I remained on hold for over 30 minutes. Every phone number listed for Eight Squared (even on their own website) comes up as invalid.

Eight-Squared, Inc. And Berkely Nutriceuticals are INTENTIONALLY defruading consumers. The only recourse to this situation, that I have found, has been to close my current bank account and reopen a different account. It would be best if these companies were shut down for their illegal activities.
