Could Not Cancel Account After Moving and Staff Refused to Help

This is the worst Gym I have ever been a member of. I moved from Mesa from Buckeye tried to cancel the account (because of no gym out there) they said no, I asked them what do I need to do to cancel they said I dont know, I asked them to take my number off the account I get a I dont have to do sh*t. Rude and impossible to get any information from them, you have to dig for it yourself.

CEO PO box (Po box 54170 Ervine CA 92619) CEO Email any ideas? I talked to the corporate office and asked for them to cancel my account and they told me to print out a form and bring it in by hand to their store. (I did that 2 weeks ago) Come to find out that form has to be postmarked or they just toss it in the trash. Do not join you will get trapped

disliked: every thing. The equipment was broken the locker room was dirty every time I went there the hot tube was out of order for the first 2 months I was there and the lockers get broken into all the time, half of them are broken.
