RIPOFF "free" Alvimil trial from TV before trial period was up they automatically took $70 from my account WILL NOT REFUND

I ordered a "free" sample cycle of Alvimil off the TV ad, by phoning the number given. I had to pay $5.95 S&H charge, which I agreed to. I gave the financial information.

I took the 'nutraceuticals' for 20 days and found no desireable effects; just a lot of diahrrea and zero increase in romantic desire.

At about 25 days after starting the cycle, I received a shipment of 2 more months worth of the product in the mail. Startled, I didn't open the package at all, just "returned to sender".

Concurrently, we started getting overdrafts on our checking account; which quickly totaled over $275.00! I got a print out from the bank, and my account had been charged FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE PRODUCT WAS EVEN SHIPPED OUT!!! So in effect, they gave me a trial period of about 2 weeks before attacking my account with a horrid vengence.

Now I'm stuck in the Berkeley twilight zone of "No refunds are given once product has shipped".

How in the heck are you supposed to cancel before shipment if you don't even know you've been (underhandedly) automatically signed up for some weird product refill program? Let alone the idea that I never got an entire cycle with which to try the product.

Berkely Nutraceuticals has a slew of products on the market right now... More coming out every day. Enzyte; Alvimil; products to enhance sleep, sex, suppress appetite; overcome fatigue... Just be forewarned about the sneaky auto-ship/auto-charge product refill program if you're thinking of trying one of their products.

I feel extremely angry... Extremely RIPPED-OFF!!! Not just for the $70 cost of the product (which I shipped back without opening) but also for the $275 in bank service charges -which I will never recover - due to the unexpected and untimely charge to my account (I am not a rich person... Every dollar matters to us).

Aaaaaarrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!
