Charged my account 119.00 for a 3.95 sample refunded only 90.00

I saw the commercial on MSNBC I went to the website where it is conveniently set up to either get the sample for 3.95 or 2 month supply with the 3.95 selection already entered.

I did call and explain that I should have clearly check the integrity of this company before I entered my information. Because they were clearly in the wrong and I had proof and will notify the BBB. They almost immediately credited my bank account with $90.00

I called once again and asked when I can expect the difference of 29.96 the rep explain once I received the sample pkg in the mail not to open it the return address was already on it stick it back in the mailbox.

2 days later I received it in the mail and dropped it back in the mail. They have yet to refund my money Their phone system is set up so cleverly. The system recognizes you by number and once you put it in it will not allow you to be acknowledged again unless you want to place more orders and it directs you to the website.

They have not done any other orders against my card I kept the card intact so I could see if they were compromising individua'ls bank accounts or cards. This type is corruption is disgusting and I will not give up until they are out in the open and shutdown! As of today no refund. No time to be a thief non of us have money to give away!
