Refusal to allow a policy change to a lower cost policy

Our name is Jesse Deschene (315-360-0309) I'm a little Common Company in Little Falls NY. I actually have medical health insurance protection through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The plan expenses $1371 monthly. Using the organization environment because it is, I will no further manage this plan. I requested BCBS to alter my present plan to some comparable plan provided at $800 monthly. I had been informed that their "Mature Administration" doesn't permit such modifications at the moment, but might permit such modifications within the forseeable future. I had been necessary to give a conventional notice of demand, on my letterhead, closed by me. This type of change is of no work for them, a little paperwork. They'dnot actually take some time to provide me a conventional reaction closed by somebody in "Senior Management". I find this completely arbitrary, and clearly profit driven. These individuals understand where I'd remain by myself in the present open-market, and also have essentially explained to pay for up or do without. This isn't just unjust, but crazy to consider this "Mature Administration" may spot this type of load on my loved ones without any consequences whatsoever. All I'm requesting is just a cheaper plan. Please enable me alter their thoughts.
