Besquared Global, Ltd. Located in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom is selling a topical skin care product under the name NuVisage Pro Collagen Enhancer is using our company's (Sweetwater Natural Products located in Hancock, NH U.S.A.) trademark Nu Visage. This trademark is registered in the U.S. And can not be used in the U.S.By any other company or person for a skin care product.

The problem is we have been receiving numerous (over 100 so far) phone calls and emails from persons who are very upset with us and ask us for a refund or to stop charging their credit card. These people are mostly in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The problem is we have no affiliation with this company nor control over their actions. We have contacted local authorities and our attorneys have notified Besquared Global of their possible infringement. However, as long as Besquared Global does not sell in the U.
