I thought initially that this guy was a great god fearng man. However my dealings with the company president / CEO Willis Martin, I have found him to outright lie to me, say anything not to pay my firm (over 2 years) I would recommend that no one do business with this firm. Mr. Martin comes accross as being a real down home good guy. I gave him the benefit of the doubt several times, and got nothing but promises for payment down the road that never came. Shame on you sir!
If you buy product from Martin Innovations, I would ask for a bond instead of a warranty, because if anything goes wrong, you may not be able to get help as they may not be around!
