I have sent several email with no response

I requested a set of shades from Sunglassesitaly.com about the 8/03. On 13/03 they established that my shades is going to be delivered. I'm still awaiting this. I've delivered many e-mail without any reaction. I actually named and also the woman that responded the telephone declined to talk English & simply extended talking German. I've simply delivered them a contact informing them when they do not react to my e-mail before Friday 05/04, I'll change the deal. Avoid this site. Their service is baaaad!!!
