Www.DietPatchToday.com Don't do it! This company is a big rip off!

I received an invite for a trial of the Diet Patch in my email. I stupidly ordered it, paying for the S & H with my credit card. After receiving it, I decided not to use it and returned it through my postal service. Upon receiving my Credit Card bill for Feb. 2012 I noticed a charge for $89.97 on it from Diet Patch, Phoenix, AZ. I phoned them right away at 877-773-5152, but was told that because I didn't let them know by phone (and not by returning the product) by a certain date that I was canceling, I would have to pay this. I let them know that I had returned the product upon getting it, but was told that because I didn't have a return number they couldn't help me. I made sure that any future charge would not be added to my credit card by canceling with them and at that point and getting a cancelation number from them. I also called my credit card company and discontinued that credit card so no further charges could be added by them.
