In January I ordered 3 bottles of dietary suppliments. On March 9 I receive another 3 bottles. I called customer service and complained about the second shipment of the suppliments, she stated I must have hit the button for Smart Ship to automately receive this order every 2-3 month's, I told her "I didn't hit the reorder button I've ordered online many times and know what to watch for".
I asked the service representitive what their procedure was for returning the product? I was told just put the return label on the box and send it back I responded you mean I have to go to a UPS sub station to drop the package off, and I said that was unacceptable then she said i'll talk to my supervisor, she said her supervisor said they will send me a pickup form so now it can be picked up at my home.
This company is unethical and lacks any integrity, I don't understand how company's like this stay in business?
