Harvard Heart Letter
Rips off subscribers by lying and stealing their money

Health & Medicine

In August, my 81 year old mother sent a check to the crooks who publish the Harvard Heart Letter (HHL) for a subscription to their newsletter. Despite depositing her check in the Bank of America on August 22 into account #3443638845, the thieves at Harvard have sent her several letters asking her to pay again for her subscription and stating they don't plan to honor the last six months of the subscription.

The first time I spoke to the morons in the HHL customer service department approximately a month ago, I explained to them the fact that they deposited her check and told them the account number it was deposited in. They claimed they couldn't find the payment. I asked them to connect me with their accounting department - which they refused to do. When I insisted on being connected to accounting, the pussies in customer service told me they would extend the subscription by a year.

A week ago my mother got another letter asking for additional payment. When I called HHL customer service and reminded them about the promised year extension they claimed they could find no such order. On this call I spoke to someone named Josh. I asked him to e-mail me verification of the proposed extension which he said he would do.

I have gotten no e-mail from Josh. The people at Harvard Heart letter seem only capable of stealing money from octogenarians and hiring liars for their customer service department. I would not recommend anyone subscribe to Harvard Newsletter Publications.
