March a TV ad for FREE tanning at Blue Box. I thought what the heck, free tanning! My daughter (24) and I went. We walked in on four (4) girls standing around talking about how wasted they got the night before and what guy went home with them. Yes, they did see us standing there. One was dressed in pajamas, the other three were so made up I had to make sure I wasn't out for Halloween... When they finally felt like waiting on us, they explained the free actually meant you could go to the smallest bed and you HAD to BUY their lotion. It ended up costing me $75.00 for their "deal" and for my daughter $35.00 for a three day pkg. Then we waited another fifteen (15) minutes before we could actually tan because of course they hadn't cleaned and there was more gossip to hear. I walked to the car and said to my daughter, I don't like their attitude, I getting my money back she said me too please! They were so obnoxious! I asked for my money back and she said, "NO REFUNDS! Its on the sign!" What sign, I said. She moved and there it was on the bottom shelf hidden behind her butt and products. I said kind of hard to see when you are standing in front of it. So, I would like my money back!"NO! Too bad!"I left, called the Va Beach#, she said she was sorry and would refund my money right away.

Two weeks later, I call again. "Umm, I still haven't gotten my money?" "Oh, (she said) it was done on March blah blah blah." Me;" Well it's not in my account and I called the bank it has not been done." Her; oh you need to call your bank because we sent it! Me;" yeah no I just told you it wasn't there." And here we sit almost ONE YEAR later and it still hasn't arrived. I would NEVER recommend this place unless of course you love a hard sale, unprofessional workers, dirty beds, and last but not least, throwing your money down the drain!
