Scam, ripoff, possible billing fraud

Recently I ordered the free 30 day cycles of both Avlimil and Altovis. I cancelled the Altovis, but kept and recieved the Avlimil. When I got my credit card bill it had the shipping fees billed respectiveley to Altovis and Avlimil.

I looked further down the bill and saw that I had also been billed for the second shipment of Avlimil, but also I had been billed for Enzyte, in the amount of $70.00. I called and asked about this, as I didn't know what Enzyte was, nor did I recieve it, and they explained that they just always bill the Altovis that way because it is all the same company.

I explained to them that when they billed me the first time for the Altovis, it was, in fact billed to Altovis, so they were wrong, and regardless I hadn't recieved either, so please take it off my bill. Apparently I had cancelled the Altovis just one day AFTER they shipped the Enzyte that I never ordered, or recieved. Since it takes time to get into your system, even if I wanted the Altovis still, the delay would have negated any benefits that I may have been getting anyway.

I was told that they would be shipping me out the original order and it would not be credited and they warned me not to return it as they would just resend it.

I have never received anything that they claimed to have resent, nor have I been credited. This is a scam and consumers need to BEWARE as they keep adding new products to thier 'shelves'. I found several other people on-line who have experienced the exact same thing as myself with this company.
