Berkeley Nutraceuticals (ALTOVIS.com) rip-off! They do not wait the full amount of time to bill credit card or debit

This company is a total rip-off. They billed my credit card twice in less than a month. When contacted they say there is nothing they can do, that they have a no refund no return policy. I told them their product does not work and I want my money back. I also let the "lady" know that it had been less than 24 days since they billed me for the "sample". She only said she would include it in her report, but other than that, there was nothing she could do.

I am reporting the company to the BBB as well as any other web site that will let me, and telling EVERYONE I know how badly this company represents itself! DO NOT deal with these people! They offer a free sample and then "automatically" charge you and bill you for future orders. They count on the fact that people will not have time or remember to cancel their order, therefore they get free money for a useless product.
