Had a very bad experience with King Mind Group, company represented by Peter Liu & Anna Lin. I hope my experience will flag this company not to do business with. They require funds be wired which in my case we transferred 6,030.00 for the 3 machines, Microcrystal Dermabrasion, Crystal fat Deflagration and E-light intense Pulsed light.

This should have been a flag that they were requesting full payment which put us in the mercy of the seller. On a simple contract they promised to ship machines within 7 days of receiving funds in my case September. They found many excuses why they haven't shipped machines. Once they receive the funds they are impossible to deal with, very unprofessional. Comments like the email I received from them and saved "we don't like do business with US customer, they are very stingy like Indian". I was shock to receive the email.

On their website they claim to ship worldwide including the USA, also makes a claim to provide safety approvals, CCC, CE, UL, FDA which is necessary in clearing customs. One of the reasons we went with his supplier thinking they had the expertise in dealing with the USA. After 2 months of stalling we hire a freight forward in China to go to the factory of Kings Mind and pick up the machines so they could ship.

Once they arrived in California via DHL air, they were put on FDA hold because the seller King Mind didn't meet the requirements of FDA to clear customs. During the period they were on hold tried desperately to work with Peter Liu and Kings Minds so we could support them with the required paperwork. They cut off the communication with us. Finally in February FDA was forced to ship back the machines to Kings Mind, which they refused to take ownership on return or refund the money paid for the machines.

BEWARE... Eliminate the expenses we paid for machines and shipping cost not to mention the stress involved DO NOT USE this supplier!
