Lucille Roberts ripoff - Personal Trainers are unprofessional and Manager is even worse!

When my friend and I first became members, we had an orientation with a personal trainer there. This personal trainer told us that he can train the both of us for the price of one which is $26.40 with taxes included.

We made our first appt with him, but had to reschedule due to conflicting schedules. The second time we were suppose to have our training session, he never showed up and stated that we never rescheduled with him. After going back and forth with him and the manager, we finally decided to reschedule once again. The third appt, we waited and waited and once again he never showed up. We went straight to the manager again, his excuse this time was that we had the wrong time for the training session.

This time I just wanted my money back for the training session. We tried to reason with the manager who told us to please give him another chance. If not, she would find a way to get our money back even though they were not allowed to give us our money back.

A month passes and we still had not had our session and this woman manager sees us every single time we come in, talks sh* about us and smirks in our faces but never mentioned to us that if we do not get trained within 30 days we lose our money. She decides to leave us a message on our voicemails telling us that we will be losing our training session while we were at the gym. So I confront her in the gym and explain to her that I do not want a session any longer due to lack of responsibility of the trainer and she flips out telling me that I am not getting my money back and I am going to lose the session and the money.

Not only did they rip me off of my training money. They make me feel uncomfortable everytime I walk into the gym. They gossip about every customer that walks into the gym and laugh in our faces when we try to work out and get help. That gym is more of a hangout amongst the trainors and manager than anything else. Because they do not help their customers at all. I've heard the manager call other customers childish babies and dumb bit*es behind customers backs while she's sitting at the front desk. I am trying my best to cancel my contract but i'm also having a hard time about that.
