Is a SCAM, order on weightlosstea.com did not come and they charged me right away

I did an order of TAVA TEA on weightlosstea.com and got an invoice issiued by the company RODUVE. They charged me right away and it says RODUVE ROTERDAM on my account. I never received the order and when contacing them their support email does not excist as I get an error message.

They don't answer if I submit a message online and there is no other way to contact them. This company is a scam!
