I ordered hcg on line at hcg direct on 1/03 i called to cancel the ordered that had not been processed yet and the company refused. I then canceled my credit card so they could not bill me

I ordered hcg at hcgdirect.com called to cancel the order the following day 1/04 told me it was non refundable. I could not take it do to a stomach condition the order was 165.00 it had not been billed to my credit card so i canceled the card. Got a letter in the mail today 1/30 that said they would report me to the credit bureau if i did not pay i paid them but am furious that i got no consideration on a refund they had not processed yet or billed to me the day i called the. I want my payment refunded
