Pure Weight Loss LA Weight Loss took over $300 from me when they closed down without notifying me!

I joined LA Weight Loss in February. I paid over $500. To make a long story short, Dec on a Thursday, I visited the center for a weigh in. I was notified that day that they were closing for good on Saturday. I was told that I need to submit a request to receive a refund for the remainder of my balance. I am still waiting. They have a new site. I called the phone number listed on the site. It doesn't work, which serves as no surprise.
