Wait time, not commitment, not accomplishing intended appointment goals

This is actually the factor,

We created a scheduled appointment for my spouse's perspective check. Subsequently, we wound up awaiting two hrs (yes that is 2 hours) as the physician was communicating with another woman for atleast 45 minutes following the first area of the check which required an time!

At the conclusion, the team directed us to reschedule the visit and nothing was completed! I'm a graduate student whonot have time for you to waste because I'm a computer scientist.

When they (or even the physician) atleast informed us to reschedule right from the start that might be okay. But because it got this time around and he actually went of his space and looked over my spouse (as she explained since I have was waiting within the vehicle THE ENTIRE moment thinking it'd take-no over 30 units) and he actually did not apology! He returned to his workplace and evidently finished his deep sleep there.

I'd like him tried for his doings, for:

1- Their prejudice and irresponsibility and low-thought for peopleis restricted time. (2 hours delay period isn't just enough to create a perspective check, but enough to complete several types of operations to express minimal and my dad is just a physician and that I am not eliminate within this respect)

2- For him being unprofessional and requiring to create my spouse late with no type of apology or distress of what's occurred.
