I was doing some online survey and then I was offered to have trial kit of whitening teeth from Bella Brite for 1.00. I actually wanted to whiten my teeth so I got it. But then actually they took from my account 1.08 shipping fee (almost 5.00) without any notice about cancellation. On Jan 17 they took 78.41 from my account and I didn't know why. I went to the website and I didn't see any information about this stuff. I however cancelled the account. Today I called them and ask why they took my money and they said it is for one month supply that I didn't order. I asked for a refund and they say there is no way to get my money back. I really got shocked. I will never buy anything online in the future, I am sure. Anyone please help me to take my money back.
