Major scam!

What a total scam. I am so annoyed by this. I am out 126.00 because i ordered items through them back in december and never received the items and my card was charged.

This has never happened to me and I feel very helpless as to what i can do. I need that money back and of course their voice mail box is full - well, of course it is. It's full of people cursing them out like myself. There must be something we can do!!
