Hear Again Hearing Aid Repair
Deceptive Advertising Claims 20 Years Experience on Web But Has Only Three Years Experience

Health & Medicine

Hear Again hearing aid repair is located at 1595 W Amador Ave, Ste A Las Cruces, NM.

The owner C.G. States on his website www.yourhearingaidrepair.com and http://hear-again.net / that he has over twenty years experience repairing hearing aids. This is a false statement and it misleads the public.

The fact is he has three years of experince. The company he left to start his own company has over twenty years experince but he has 3. I know because I paid to have him trained, in Mill Valley, Ca.

While in Mill Valley his training consisted of two weeks learning how to repair BTE hearing aids. He did not receive any training to repair custom made hearing aids.

The owner of Hear Again Hearing Aid Repair has been contacted three times now concerning his claim of having over twenty years of experience repairing hearing aids. He continues to ignore each complaint. This type of false information misleads the public into thinking that his repair experience and knowledge is more than it really is.

What ever happened to honesty in business? Honesty is always the best policy.
