Debited my CC acount but no product after one month

Please do not send them any money or place orders! I have ordered in the past and though they were a little slow I got my order. This time I have waited one month and it shows on their site that my order had been shipped three weeks ago. Contacted the USPS and they have no record of the item being shipped. I even have a shippping number which the USPS shows but said that the item had not been received but only electronically entered. I am out over a hundred dollars and this hurts. They do not answer their emails or telephones. Their phones are answered under two different names, so I don't know what's going on.
