This company took my money without sending me the mole and tags removal product

I ordered the mole and tags removals from this company on Nov. 11, received a notice from them my order was complete, never heard from them again and still have not received my product. I have sent 7 e-mails to this company and all I get in a reply is they had shipping problems. I have even called the number that was provided and it is a cell phone number, have left messages and no return calls. I see I am not the only person that has been ripped off by this so called company. I hope something can be done. I am out $75.00 by ordering 2 tubes of this product. I hope something can be done to stop this so other people will not be ripped off.
