MDRAX Illegal use of Physician assistants for MMJ evaluations

Dr Wright did not do these MMJ evaluations himself but instead he had physician assistants do the evaluations. When I asked the P.A. If this was allowed she said it was common practice.
It took CDPHE almost 5 months to deny my application and now I must wait an additional 6 months before re-applying. This means that I won't be able to grow a crop myself for an additional year.
