Ripoff, Stole, Unauthorized withdrawal of Credit Card

I sampled a Free Sample of AskBerkeley product of course they asked for credit card information to ship for $6.95. Nothing was stated about further obligations.
Now I've asked them to stop with phone & e-mail No such luck. They have attacked my credit account Five times of $70.00 each time. This does not include late (overdraft) charges of $25.00 each time.
Retired military I am. This is why I broke my body to let Liberial companies take my money from my Rich military bank account. Is this firm a Terrorist firm? Can I secure my property back? Please let me do what the good United States Army trained me for — Take Them DOWN.
People Beware!
If I go down there & steal $350.00 from their firm would I be charged & go to jail? Damn straight.
