Berkeley Ripoff scam theft

Back in March 04, I saw the Ad for a free sample of the Natural Male Enhancement Placebo "ENZYTE" provided I pay $4.50 for shipping and handling. The product came in the mail within a week and I began immediately using the product. I discovered on the brochure you had to cancel program within 30 days of receiving the product to prevent further charges to the credit card and future shipments. I had cancelled the program after 20 days of using the product and I did not expect anymore shipments.

Today June 8 I received a shipment of the placebo "ENYZTE" which was an unwelcomed surprise since I know I had cancelled, and yet they sent me a shipment anyway. I immediately called the the Customer Service and discuss this matter professionally. The Customer Service asked for a conformation number and I replied that I did not I have a conformation number because one was not given. Then she stated she will issue a credit for 35.00 and I emphatically declined since i was being charged 70.00. At this point, I am very heated and she wasnt helping the situation by being rude as well. I requested to speak with a supervisor and if my ears serve me right, it sounded like the CSR I just had the spat with. She stated the same and closed the phone call.in hindsight, everything you see is not gold. I assume this was a legitimate company going on with advertisement blitz and I fell victim to this bait and hook scam. They dont realize they will fall victim to a class action lawsuit. If one exist please send me the information to be included. This company is maliciously cheating customers by unauthorized charges to the credit card and something needs to be done about.
