Ordered product and credit card payment taken but no product sent

I saw the company's ad on Facebook so I researched the product information and it looked legit. Sorry to say that it obviously was not! Facebook should do a better job policing links to their site and shame on promoting a product that people with a need would try that is not actually availalble - or if it is - promoting a company that doesn't actually sell it!
