This company is a huge rip off. I ordered this product and they tried to sell you other stuff for 30 minutes wile you say no thank you. That should have been my first clue. I got these items added to my credit card even when I said no. I also did not lose any weight with this. You need to be an engineer to understand how this works. I had less books and information when I got my Masters degree. When I called back to send it back they had back dated when I got the program so they would not give me my money back. This company is a huge rip off. You also spend much more each week on your grocery bill trying to cook just the way they tell you. All I did was waste a large amount of money witih this. Please do not order this
