Rip-off! I cancelled two months ago canceled and they still debited my account

I remember call and canceling the order, becuase I did want it, checked my bank account and found that they took money out, called and was told if you can give me the confermation number that we gave you two months ago, we'll give you your money back. Once I canceled and don't feel that I should keep up with numbers for two months
