801 N Tarrant Pkw Keller TX Store - I was very sick, and gave new rx to staff to be filled. Dr called ahead to ensure the stor had the medicine, which the clerk confirmed, but computers were down. I asked them to call when the antibiotic (liquid and hard to find) was ready. 6 hours later and still no medicine. I told the RPH I had to start the medicine TODAY - to which the RPh replied, "I'll transfer it across the stree to the Kroger". Showed up at Kroger to find the RPh had faxed it - only Kroger didn't have the medicine.
