Agape Chiropractic - Dr Luis Arriaza ripoff tricks you in for "free consultation" then pressures you for x-rays and fraudulently bills also pays off attornies

This doctor is a BIG FRAUD! He came to my son's school and gave a lecture. He then invited us for a "free consultation, " and really pumped the "consulta gratis" to the spanish speakers. He said there was no obligation for treatment.

When we went in, the consult was a joke. He barely checked us out. Then he pressured us for x-rays and said they were really important to see if we had arthritis or scoliosis. He would not hardly let us leave.

I don't know how but he talked us into the xray for $25. Then he showed it to us and said if we did not get treatment that we could end up with cancer or arthritis or other major illnesses because we were subluxated.

He then wanted to sign us up to some plan that was $600, and each time we said no, he changed the price or offered other payment installments. He would not let us leave! Finally we did, though and never came back.

Other parents who went had the same thing happen. Those who signed up for treatment said he spent less than 1 minute with them, did not check them out, and just cracked them really fast. If they tried to ask him questions, he just ran out of the room and said he would see them next time.

Another parent had insurance and said he overbilled and billed for things he never did. He had been in a car accident and got sent to him by an attorny, who he found out later was getting paid kickbacks for sending patients to him.

Stay away, all he cares about is money! We have reported him to the school district and also for insurance fraud. Hopefully he will get shut down soon!
