I am upset I joined the gym on April 15 thinking my family and I were getting a good rate, we were told when quoted a price over the phone that the personal trainer was included in the monthly rate.

When we got to the gym it was nothing like the explained to me over the phone. I wanted to speak my mind and leave, but unfortunately I was unable to do so leaving my husband behind to decide if it was the best thing to go with.

I had to wait in the car with my children, but by the time my husband came out he signed a contract with none of the ammenities they had promised. So I read the contract and it stated we had 3 days to cancel the contract and we would not be charged any fees, and I would receive a refund in three days. I also confirmed this when I called customer service and spoke with Karrie. I have the confirmation of a letter I wrote requesting to cancel the membership including my husbands.

It is now May the 26 and I have not recieved my refund. I tried contacting the local office and have not received any response from them.

I also tried contacting the customer service number and no one seems to answer the line or people are very very rude! I want MY MONEY back and I f I don't receive it with in the next 2 days I will go to my local News Station and let them know what's driving us crazy in San Anotnio!!! This is a warning for everyone, do not do business with these people they are only after your MONEY!
