After I observed my documents being interfered with I had been approached by Sue Lamanna - my ‘adviser’ who explained “This type of issue occurs constantly! ”.

This questionable assertion originates from an instructor and RN by having an advanced diploma. This kind of bad reason you are able to assume from SUNY OCC! Any justification is going to do once they get caught doing wrong! I recommend against Suny colleges, particularly OCC.
