Fraud stealing from there customers stay away

I started with this gym 4 years ago and then moved to another area where they did not have one within 100 miles. I called and cancelled my membership the person on the phone said its cancelled we will no longer be billing your card. 12 months later I get to looking at my statements and notice they are still drafting my account so I call my bank to dispute the charges, the company is so crappy they have a voice mail for their billing department the bank leaves a message and never gets a response. Then a year later after I change my card number so they can't bill it anymore I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe zx fitness money that they didn't have a copy of my cancellation agreement and they sign you up for an auto renewal when your contract runs out. I started researching this online and apparently I'm not the only one this has happened to. Not to self don't deal with these scum bags and go to the YMCA.
