The company debited money from my account then 30 days later I still have not received the product I ordered and I cannot get any response from the company. There is noone to answer the phone and the

Mother Nature (mothernature.com) took my money and never delivered the product I ordered. Worst of all, they do not answer the phone (it is a recorded message with no option to reach an actual customer service representative.) They also did not return my internet email inquiry. I am putting this situation into the hands of my bank and filing a formal dispute.
