Not paying claims

I'm so disappointed I really could shout!!! Our mom bought an insurance policy through Wachovia that will be understand Wells Fargo that addresses incident and permanent total disability. She dropped athome and fractured her throat so that as an effect she's today a quadraplegic... She's not able to look after himself. I stop my work and turned her caregiver full-time. I submitted three statements on her account, a crisis area, inpatient hospital stay along with a permanent total disability claim. I submitted these statements in March. The er state pd correct away. ($220.00). Another statements continue to be not prepared, I've posted all medical documents they have required. They required all her medical documents from her Major Care Doctor before the accident and following the incident. They required itemized claims and anything. They actually questioned me to carry on to maintain the plan current. I lately settled $99.50 to maintain the plan present despite her state was submitted. Her protection was proficient at the full time she'd the incident and it is currently effective. I can not get these folks to pay for her statements. I'm continually being advised anything fresh every time I talk to somebody. I've been informed that her statements could be increased... Not... Her statements continue to be imminent... I considered contacting the insurance commissioner for that state-of Florida, Any recommendations
