I purchase the trial in June and today is December and I still haven't recieved the trial or the $79.99 that they charged me after the trial period was over

I purchased the trial version of HCG extreme in June and to date December I still haven't recieved the product or the $79.99 that my account was charged after the trial period was finished. I called once a month and made a note of everyone that I spoked to, time and date. This is such a ripoff!!
