I'd a conversation with Gold Shears, an Aveda Concept Salon in Albuquerque. After I approached Aveda to record the event, I had been informed that there is nothing they are able to do about personal salons, because they are independently possessed; nevertheless, they'd attempt to contact the dog owner/supervisor and examine the problems. After four times and atleast two diverse/inconsistent tales in the operator, Aveda declined to help more. I had been surprised that despite the supervisor lied straight to Aveda, their "Customer Service" group wouldn't offer any help.
